“Arun Yogiraj, the sculptor of the idol of Lord Ram, arrived in Ayodhya on Monday for the consecration or ‘prana pratishthan‘ ceremony of the newly constructed Ram Temple. The sculptor from Mysuru, Yogiraj, expressed that he considers himself the “luckiest person on Earth” at this time.

Sharing his feelings, Arun Yogiraj said, “I feel that I am the luckiest person on Earth now. The blessings of my ancestors, family members, and Lord Ram have always been with me. Sometimes, it feels like I am in a world of dreams…”

And why not?? When you belong to a family of renowned sculptors and you are the main sculptor of the idol of Lord Ram, the deity worshiped by all hindus al around the world. Lord Ram also referred to as “Maryada Purushottam Ram”, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu who runs the world. the teachings of lord Ram is what every human being can take inspiration from and make his or her life better in every way. He was a devoted king, a loving husband, a responsible big brother, an undefeated warrior and lot more.

Sanatan dharm has taught us ways of living which is free from all negativity but it is very tough task to teach us those teachings in this modern world. but this step by modi government should be appreciated by every Indian, because in this changing world we need an ideology which binds us all. Where whole world is falling apart in the name of modernism we can pave the path for a new and better world, starting from an ideology.

Prana pratishthan

The ‘prana pratishtha’ of the idol of Ram Lala (childhood form of Lord Rama) will witness the participation of representatives from various spiritual and religious traditions, representatives of different tribal communities, and prominent figures from all walks of life. The grand ceremony will be presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A team of priests, led by Lakshmikant Dikshit, will perform the main rituals.

Last week, the idol of Lord Rama was placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple in Ayodhya. The first glimpse of the idol, covered with a veil, was revealed during the installation ceremony.

The 51-inch idol depicts Lord Rama as a five-year-old child standing on a lotus made of the same stone.

Who is Arun Yogiraj?

Arun Yogiraj hails from a lineage of five generations of renowned sculptors in Karnataka. Despite pursuing a degree in MBA and working in the corporate sector for some time, Yogiraj was drawn back to the world of sculpture in 2008 due to his innate passion for the art, influenced by his father Yogiraj and grandfather, the sculptor Basvanna, who enjoyed the patronage of the Mysuru royalty.

Yogiraj’s artistic talent has since blossomed, producing highly regarded sculptures that have attracted attention around the country. Among the striking sculptures in his collection is a thirty-foot portrait of Subhash Chandra Bose, which is on display in front of the Amar Jawan Jyoti behind India Gate in New Delhi.

Significance of this day

January 22 marks a new chapter in India’s history as the prolonged dispute comes to an end, and the consecration ceremony takes place. Gratitude is owed to the BJP government for taking the courageous step to resolve this longstanding contentious issue. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was present at the ceremony along with other top representatives.

The architecture of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is beyond worldly standards. Every detail meticulously designed showcases the richness of the cultural heritage of Sanatan Dharma.
