“Krystyna Pyszkova: Czech Republic’s Miss World 2024 Winner Shares Her Journey to Crown Victory”

Christina Piszczkova, a resident of the Czech Republic, clinched the prestigious title of Miss World in the 71st edition of the renowned competition. Speaking passionately about her triumph, Christina conveyed her sincere thanks and said that it had taken a lot of work and dedication to get her there.

“Standing here today and sharing my emotions, words cannot express how thrilled I am,” she remarked, addressing the media. This dream has long been a goal of mine, and it has now at last materialized.”

Christina spoke on her dedication to her humanitarian work and how important it is to her as a lifelong calling. She thinks that being the winner of this renowned competition will provide her the opportunity to help many poor kids and spread awareness.

Indian Faces

Amidst a grand celebration, adorned by luminaries from the showbiz world including Nita Ambani, Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Munawar Faruqui, winner of Big Boss 17, and actress Rubina Dilaik, former winner of competition, Poland 2022 Karolina Bielawska crowned Christina.

Competing against representatives from over 110 countries, Christina emerged victorious, with Yasmina Zayatoun from Lebanon securing the first runner-up position.

Krystyna’s social work

Currently pursuing a degree in law at Charles University in Prague, Christina dedicates her time to volunteer work at the Sonja Foundation in Tanzania, where she provides English education to disadvantaged children. Her dedication to music is apparent, since she spent nine years at an art academy perfecting her craft.

The MissWorld official Instagram account congratulated Christina and welcomed her into the prestigious family in a happy post following her victory.

The competition was hosted at the Jio World Convention Center in Bangalore, with a panel of esteemed judges including filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, actors Kriti Sanon and Pooja Hegde, former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, news personality Rajat Sharma, social activist Amrita Fadnavis, Vinit Jain, MD of Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited, Julia Morley, Chairperson and CEO of Miss World Organization, Jamil Saidi, Strategic Partner and host – Miss World India, and three former Miss Worlds, including India’s Manushi Chhillar.

Filmmaker Karan Johar and former winner Megan Young hosted the event, which was further enhanced by the amazing performances of Shaan, Tony Kakkar, and Neha Kakkar.
